To love unconditionally is something we all have the ability to do; we love our children and we love our pets, with all we have. So why do we as humans take time to show love to one another or accept one another?
Here’s a little task; give something to someone unconditionally. Be it flowers, a card, smiling at someone who looks sad, helping the elderly lady in Marks & Spencer. Just be kind.
People are so reluctant and sometimes frightened to show emotion, or admit to showing love. However, it feels great when you do. You feel happier and you have made the world a little happier in the process.
Love is an emotion that should be sprinkled and shared all of the time, every day. Not just on February 14th. When you touch someone else’s life you naturally ‘pay it forward’. The ripple effect is that person will pay it forward to someone else. And so forth. Simply by saying something out of heartfelt kindness opens you up, like a flower.
When you give unconditionally, you get. It’s just how the Universe works. When you get on the wave length of feeling good by giving to another, life has to match that up for you. And learn to love yourself too. You become innately well. You are innately happy.
Go on; do something lovely today just because you wanted to.
