We hope you to will be delighted with your purchase. However, there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. Please don’t worry if you do as our returns process is very simple.
If you wish to receive a refund, please return your dress in its original, condition: tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in. The item must be unworn and capable of being resold.
Please also include the Returns Form. This will have been sent with your dress.

Unfortunately, we do receive a number of fraudulent returns. This makes us very sad. Please do not return items that have been worn. We are not able to issue a refund if the dress shows signs of having been worn. If we believe that an item has been worn, we will return it to you.
UK based customers: please return your item within 15 days of receipt.
USA/Worldwide customers: please return your item within 14 days of receipt.
We will refund you any money you have paid for the dress, excluding postage. The refund will be made via your original payment method.
Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 28 days up to the value of your purchase.
All items are your responsibility until received by us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and appropriate insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
